Generally, it takes 2-7 business days for the shipment to be arrived once it’s dispatched, however actual delivery time is subject to the courier which is out of our control.
Please note that there may be additional delivery fees/freight charges (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:

International delivery is possible if you wish to place an order for delivery outside Australia, please contact us to discuss.
Shipping Method
Delivery of your order is undertaken by third party delivery service of our choosing, by purchasing from us you are agreeing to the use of this delivery service and all risk and responsibility associated. Couriers we use may vary for different reasons. Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with order tracking details. We can deliver to residential or business addresses. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination.
Local pick up is available from our partner workshops that are located in Auburn and Tempe. Please select during the ordering, and only come to pick up when you receive our “Ready to pick up” notification.
Return & Exchange
If you have changed your mind about your purchase within the 30-day money back period, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

You have contacted us for this matter within the 30 days since the item is shipped

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Your item must be in the original packaging (including instruction manuals and all accessories etc.)

You provide Proof of Purchase

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as oils and fluids, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

If you just simply change your mind and want to return, please ensure you are eligible by matching all the above criteria, contact us to discuss the situation before taking any actions. Once we confirm, please return the item(s) within 10 business days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you request the return due to defect product or damage on arrival, please contact us to explain the situation and we are more than happy to discuss the best options.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as any item that’s not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We reserve the right to review each return request individually.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our business address, unless other agreed arrangement upfront.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only receive the refund for the amount listed on your original invoice for the returned item.
Refund is processed using the original payment tender.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
